Development

Leadership development is our team’s shared DNA. Between us, we have commissioned, designed, developed, delivered and evaluated innovative leadership development for thousands of people across the world. We share an impatience with mediocre quality design and delivery – and are focused on application and context.

One of our starting point questions we try to get clarity around is, ‘leadership for what?’ When professionals invest their time in leadership development, our belief is that relevance and tailored content is critical. Whilst we draw on some materials and methods we have found to be helpful and successful, we will usually return to the question of, “What’s the point of this? What are they trying to lead – and why?”

We have designed and developed leadership development for bespoke senior groups, all the way through to an award-winning programme that needed to be scaled up for over 5000 frontline healthcare professionals in a 12-month period. Our participants have included chief executives, directors, business unit leaders, doctors, nurses, therapists, global experts, academics – and pretty much everyone else in between.
